Vanessa Davis - Director of Public Relations:
Vanessa Davis's background is diverse; ranging from business travel, restaurant industry, to international affair experience, she brings her brand of creative thinking and specialized customer relations to 5th Gear Marketing. As Director of Public Relations, Vanessa provides communication support for new business development. She is currently working at one of Washington DC’s growing public relations firms assisting with several national media relations campaigns, and a new product launch.
Vanessa has previously served as Public Information Director at Passport
& Visa Exchange. She was solely responsible for the branding, marketing,
and direct contact between their clients and officials at the Department
of State and many embassies in Washington DC. She developed strong relationships
with passport and visa officials to accommodate clients. Some of her major
clients were Adidas, Raytheon, Duke University
Marine Lab, and Vacation.com.
Vanessa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Marymount University. She is also a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America.
